Ethically sourced, vegan friendly 40% Milk couverture chocolate produced by local Canadian based 'Soul Chocolate' melted masterfully and individually infused with expertly extracted espresso and finished with your choice of barista textured milk.

Matcha

Textured to order, our Matcha is made by the Matsushita family of Kakegawa, a multi-generational tea dynasty who have been producing tea since 1915, our Reserve Ceremonial Grade Japanese Matcha is a delicious blend of Samidori, Goko cultivars. The vivid bright leaves contain a high concentration of amino acids, offering a sweet Kabuse aroma with moderate umami character, but lasting rich velvety mouthfeel and minimal astringency. Goko brings sweet bright acidity with a hint of cocoa.

The Smashed Avo | Toast

A Found Favourite and Aussie classic - fresh baked sourdough topped with chunks of real Avocado, Olive Oil and Chilli Flakes with a sprinkle of salt and pepper, a squeeze of lemon and finished with micro-greens. Take your Smashed Avo to the next level and consider adding a free range poached egg, cherry tomatoes or smoked salmon.
