For first-time customers trying the Nutella Kürtősh: the Nutella is rolled inside the dough, so you won't see it until you eat it. The dough spirals are thicker, making it more pillowy, not undercooked. We use timers to ensure it's cooked perfectly. If it appears burnt, it's likely caramelized Nutella oozing out.
