Breaking Bob KolschOur 3rd generation, this pale golden ale/lager hybrid associated with the city of Köln, Germany, uses the lightest German Koln & Heidelberg malts. With enough hops for balance, the result is a very light, crisp beer. Some good things come out of all this craziness, due to Covid we were able to lager this batch for five months and therefore it is drinking the best it ever has. ABV 4.8%
ALTlanta AltbierAn ale/lager hybrid that is between amber and brown in color, this beer is of the Northern German Altbier style. There is a nice amount of biscuit, toffee, and caramel in the malt aroma and flavor, noticeable at the forefront and fades to a dry finish: a nice lingering, but not strong bitterness. ABV 5.3%
Vivant PilsnerA simple grist of German Pilsner malt lays a crisp, grainy foundation for the hops and fermentation profile to shine. Hopped assertively with Perle and Hallertau blanc hops sourced from Seitz Farm in Bavaria and a bit of Czech Saaz. This beer has a floral and vinous nose with notes of freshly cut grass, peppercorn, and subtle hints of grape. ABV 5.5%
Autumnal Gradient Rye LagerThis beer was designed with chilly seasonal weather in mind. Have no doubt this beer is malt forward with all the delightful character of hearty warm bread, honey, and a certain earthy spice that only rye can claim. Complimented by floral and herbal hop notes, Autumnal Gradient will quench your thirst while warming body and soul. Drink and be refreshed, drink and be warm. Prost! ABV 5.8%
Jemmy StoutWith six different grains used in the brewing process, this is one of the more rich and complex stouts out there. Several different roasted barleys, oats and caramelized grains yield hints of shortbread, toffee, chocolate and a roast espresso finish. Tap Date 11/5 OG 1.067 IBU 65 ABV 6.9%
Boyzen the Yard Milkshake IPAOur milkshake brings all the boys to the yard. This version is brewed with boysenberry for a deep purple hue and tart berry notes. Loads of wheat, oats, lactose, and vanilla beans soften the mouthfeel for flavors reminscent of a milkshake. Waves of Citra and Mosaic hops on the back end to remind you that it is still an IPA. Little Tart Sour Cherry AleThis kettle soured ale was brewed with lactose sugar, vanilla beans, cinnamon bark, and over 200 pounds of both sweet and tart cherries. These ingredients combine to emulate flavors of a fresh cherry pie. Notes of pie crust, juicy cherries, and a balanced tartness make for savory and refreshing treat.

Big Slurp Imperial IPAAs Double IPAs go Big Slurp is a classic. A substantial malt backbone hefts the weight of 104 IBUs, but manages to pull off the trick with balanced grace. Hopped with Chinook, Centennial, Eureka, and Mosaic this beer is grounded with grapefruit and resin, but pops with fruit and melon notes. Hopback Mountain Imperial Rye IBABrewed with English pale, spicy rye malt, and several carefully selected roasted grains from Germany, this robust ale has a subtle roasted chocolate undertone paired with a bold citrusy hop flavor and aroma. This beer is assertively hopped with a mountain of Citra and Amarillo producing a wallop of pungent citrus character. Our General Manager Paul says, “I can’t quit this beer.” ABV 8%
