Breaking Bob KolschOur 3rd generation, this pale golden ale/lager hybrid associated with the city of Köln, Germany, uses the lightest German Koln & Heidelberg malts. With enough hops for balance, the result is a very light, crisp beer. Some good things come out of all this craziness, due to Covid we were able to lager this batch for five months and therefore it is drinking the best it ever has. ABV 4.8%
Jemmy StoutWith six different grains used in the brewing process, this is one of the more rich and complex stouts out there. Several different roasted barleys, oats and caramelized grains yield hints of shortbread, toffee, chocolate and a roast espresso finish. Tap Date 11/5 OG 1.067 IBU 65 ABV 6.9%

Sow Your Wild Oatmeal PorterFor those that want a beer with complex malt flavors, without the extra roastiness of a stout, our Oatmeal Porter is your beer. This Porter contains prominent notes of chocolate, biscuits, and dark fruit and is smoothed out by a big portion of flaked oats, with just enough English hops to balance.

Riddles In The Dark Black GoseWhat's it got in its pockets precious? What we know for certain is that we lost our way in the dark. It's always dark here, but the water is tasty. It's jammy, like blackberry jam, and then it gives way to salt and perhaps a slight smokie note. The finish is something akin to bittersweet chocolate spread across velvet.

This beer features a combination of Pilsner and Heritage malts as well as Malted Corn from Riverbend Malt in NC, providing notes of toasted bread, soft caramel, and a subtle graininess. Cellar Dweller KellerbierKellerbier is a young unfiltered lager, as a result it retains some yeast character. In this case that yeast character is bready and a little fruity. This yeast expression works wonderfully with the pilsner and wheat malt profile. Hallertau Blanc hops contribute some delightful floral, fruity grapefruit and white wine flavor and aroma. Cellar Dweller is a tasty treat, light, easy, and quite quaffable. OG 1.049, IBU 22, ABV 5.4%
