Our chicken stock is really more of a broth than a stock. It's delicious just sipped from a mug or you could add some rice or noodles and vegetables to make a very satisfying soup. Our recipe couldn't be more simple. We simmer a pound of very meaty Bell & Evan bones for each pound of water for several hours--until the meat has infused the water with all its good flavor.
