The Food Fest at Work campaign (the "Offer") will run locally as per the following schedules:

• New York City, Los Angeles: Monday, March 13, 2023, 12:00 AM local time to Thursday, April 6th, 2023, 11:59 PM local time
• Sydney: Wednesday, March 15, 2023, 12:00 AM local time to Friday, April 14, 2023, 11:59 PM local time
• Toronto: Monday, March 20, 2023, 12:00 PM local time to Friday, April 14th, 2023, 11:59 PM local time

Offer is available to users who join an eligible Ritual team within participating zones in New York City, Los Angeles, Sydney and Toronto. Offer is applicable to menu items at participating restaurants on Ritual.

• Offer is redeemable exclusively by verified employees of companies within participating zones within New York City, Los Angeles, Sydney and Toronto
• Offer cannot be combined with other offers, promotional or referral signup credits
• Offer can only be redeemed on one (1) item per order; discount will be applied to the original base price
• Once offer is applied, offer will not be available at the same restaurant within 60 minutes of purchase
• Ritual cannot guarantee offer availability at any participating restaurant
