The Empire State Digital campaign will run from April 2, 2021 to June 30, 2021. Offers are applicable to participating restaurants across New York state only. Restaurants must have Ritual Online Ordering as their online ordering platform to participate.

Customers will have the ability to redeem an offer of 50% off their order, up to a maximum of a $10 discount. To access the offer, customers will need to transact using PayPal or Venmo on the Ritual Online Ordering platform.

Campaign Details:

• Offer available April 2, 2021 to June 30, 2021.
• Limit of five (5) offer redemptions per user.
• Offer can only be redeemed once per participating restaurant location during the campaign.
• Customer discounts can be provided in the form of Ritual credits or a direct discount on the subtotal of the transaction.
• Total amount of discounts reimbursed to customers are capped to a fixed amount of $1,000,000. In the event the total amount of discounts redeemed by customers exceeds the threshold of $1,000,000 before the end of the campaign, PayPal & Ritual will reserve the right to end the promotional campaign.
• You must check out with PayPal and Venmo to take advantage of the campaign.

Can I scan the QR code through my camera on my mobile device?

We recommend using the PayPal and Venmo app to scan the QR codes on any of the in-store signage. However, you will be able to scan the QR code using your mobile device.

How many times can I redeem this offer?

You can redeem up to 5 times across all participating restaurants that have in-store signage. However, there is a maximum of 1 redemption per restaurant. Share the love!

When does the campaign begin and end?

The campaign will run from April 2, 2021 to June 30, 2021.

When will I get less than $10 off my order?

Customers will get 50% up to $10 off their orders when they select to pay with the PayPal or Venmo. Therefore, if you order $18 of food, you will get $9 off your cart. However, if you order $25 of food, you will get a maximum of $10 off your cart.

I am already a Ritual user, can I order through the Ritual app?

No, this campaign has no connection with our Ritual app. The campaign can only be accessed through QR scans on in-store signage or through ordering online through the Ritual ONE platform at participating restaurants.

Are merchants paying commissions or fees on the orders I'm placing?

Nope! Merchants are paying 0% in commission fees or any fees. Everything you order is going and supporting the businesses 100%. Help support local businesses during these tough times.

Does 50% cover my delivery fees too?

The discount is for 50% up to $10 off your subtotal before delivery fees. Delivery fees are not included in the promotion. For example, if you buy $10 worth of food and there is an additional delivery charge, you will get $5 off your order.
