While Ritual does not mark up menu prices, our restaurants are able to configure their menu and prices. Though infrequent, customers have reported instances of price markups.
Feedback from our customers is an important way for us to identify and resolve these issues. If your order costs more than the regular price displayed in the restaurant, please submit a picture of the store menu through our in-app help or online at contact.ritual.co and we will credit your account for the difference and work with the restaurant to resolve the pricing discrepancy.
The credit provided will be usable on any future purchase. Offer is limited to one instance per customer per merchant and subject to Ritual verifying the price difference. Notification must be provided within 7 days of purchase to receive a credit. The offer applies to the regular price of the item as offered by the merchant in their store, not including any discounts. The maximum credit issued per instance will not exceed $5. Offer subject to change or cancellation at any time without notice either entirely or for specific customer accounts.
