Tell us about your story, how did you start your business?

Precinct was founded about a year ago, the opportunity came about when a building we had come across was refurbished and we had a chance to take over an existing store, I had previous experience in the business and decided to start Precinct.

So far so good, I’d say we’ve had a pretty good first year!

Did you have any concerns when first hearing about Ritual?

Not really, you guys supply all the gear and all the tools to build up a customer base, I thought it was definitely worth trying.

What’s the biggest value add Ritual has brought?

The biggest value add is obviously sales, Ritual has given us access to several office teams that we wouldn't normally have a way to get to. Ritual Offers has introduced us to a lot of new customers in the neighbourhood. We see Ritual as a valuable partner and an important piece of our marketing.

What has been the feedback from your employees since leveraging Ritual?

My employees tell me that the tablet could be a little bigger, sometimes it's a little hard to read, otherwise, Ritual has been easy to use, no complaints!

What has been the feedback from your customers?

Customers definitely don't have problems with Ritual, they get good support from you guys if there is a problem, which is rare, otherwise, they leave very happy feedback.

How does Ritual compare to other food service apps?

I’ve been using another food pickup service in Australia, I’ve kept his other service on while also adding Ritual, at this point Ritual has probably doubled our other pick up service and increased our overall online sales by 50%. In that manner, Ritual has been a much busier order ahead platform.
